| Page Rank is just a classification of websites by Google by ranking it in numbers. SEO is a process which involves managing websites and creating links in order to bring it in top result page of search engines. Your question is little confusing to me though. You only need a website to do SEO. Then after doing more or less SEO, your webpage get ranked.

| page rank is not compulsory but if your page rank is high it will add extra credit to your site. page rank is just a classification for your site given by google. it has nothing to do with seo. if you need to increase the page rank of your site you can contact X n Y n Z.com to get this service. |

| It is not necessary to have a good page rank for SEO. A person can also continue in SEO if his website has a low page rank. It is the work of SEO to make the page rank of the website higher. In off page SEO we generally cannot make the page rank higher at once.

| a page rank of the website increases gradually. It doesn't jumps to the higher page rank. Even if the page rank of the website is low then also he can pursue his work in SEO. It is the work and responsibility of SEO that how much it is effective in gaining the higher page rank for the website.
