Hello,

What is difference between crawling, indexing and caching?

How caching, crawling and indexing works. Which one has higher priority? How methods are carried out. What Google do? Does it first caches the pages/websites or crawl the data on the page.

crawling is the a bot which crawls or visits your websites for finding updates and to upload them in search engines. Whereas index are the pages get registered on search engines after crawling. and caching is the information temporary storage.

Crawling is where search engines spiders / bots move from web page to web page by following the links on the pages. The pages "found" are then ranked using an algorithm and indexed into the search engine database.

Indexing is where search engine has crawled the web and ranks the URLs found using various criteria and places them in the database, or index.

Caching is where copies of web pages stored locally on an Internet user's hard drive or within a search engine's database.

Crawling is when a bot is coming to your website.

Indexing is when the bot read the content of it.

Caching is when the bot saves the content of your website.OLOR]is where copies of web pages stored locally on an Internet user's hard drive or within a search engine's database.

Crawling in the sense that when our site be visited by SE and if found any kind of changes.
And if SE found the changes useful then it cached that page for the user usefulness in the information. That is caching as it is the temporary storage of the page for the visibility of the page information.
And if that page information be found more helpful by people then google index that page for easiness in getting that page information in future. So this called as the indexing.
