Hi all,
I have a couple of pages, and ive done a keyword density test. The problem is that some pages there could be a main keyword at over 10%, not because of stuffing, just because of sub-headings etc. For example one page is about different exercises and exercise if at around 11% because of headings like:
Exercise Difficulty: Hard
Exercise Time: 30min

etc etc, will this be classified as stuffing by google? Even when its not on purpose.

Keyword stuffing is a one type of practice of inserting large number of keyword in to web content and meta tag in the attempt to artificially increase the page ranking in search result and also drive more more traffic to the site.The keyword density in a particular page rank from 2%-8% .If its more that,it keyword stuffing which may risk your site.

Keyword stuffing is considered an unethical SEO (search engine optimization) technique at best and an attack technique at worst. The practice is often used to drive traffic to fraudulent or malicious websites.
