I have been a member of type at home for about two yrs and still have yet to figure out how to use it or make money with it . any one have any advice. I click on marketplace and the marketing and money then chose a site, go to a free classified place and put it in there with my link on it. ok so how in the heck do i know if i am even doing it right. i just dont get it. any simple help would be nice. so i have a paydotcom account and paypal which one do i use or do i recieve my money in. i thought they would send a check. pls help me. i hate to have wasted money but that's really all i have done so far.

Problem with data entry jobs is scams. Plenty of them are there with lucrative offers and they rip money.
If you are looking for data entry projects I suggest you to take a look at freelance sites. Register for free and they will pay you thru safe escrow a/c for your efforts.

I do not think that you are doing anything wrong but I think its the website itself that is ineffective in finding employers or companies to offer data entry jobs.

For most people online, using paypal will be much easier to accept money and I figure most online people would have applied for a paypal account by now.

For paypal, it works like a bank, people can send you money via cash, and if you are in the US, you can actually link your US bank account to your paypal account and transfer money to your bank account.

Paydotcom is better use if you have a product you would like to sell and you can use the website service to accept payment and get affiliates to help you sell products as well. Paydotcom sends you a check only if you have successfully sold a product within their market place.
