download a form? ,fillup and fax or POST to CJ. The form is W-8BEN(Certificate of foreign status of beneficial owner for united states tax withholding).I m not a US citizen. Anybody would like to highlight ? your help appreciated.

well u can told them that u r not a US citizen so these rules doesnt apply to you..tell them to see in your address about your country..
