 |  What's a good commission to offer a small handful of affiliates in selling a $300 product online? Have never done an affiliate program before, planning on doing it myself, with unique links and approved affiliates. Just not sure what percentage to offer though. It's a niche product and $300. |

| it should be a small percentage of your PROFIT. Say you make $150.00 gross profit. Is $15.00 per sale reasonable for the comission? that would translate to 5% of the sale. Don;t just look at the sale price - if you are only making $50 on a $300 sale, before all your other expenses, you might only be able to afford to pay 2% or $6, and so on don;t forget to take into account any charges you have to pay for credit card/paypal fees, and so on |
