HI I just sold some stock I had in a company. And this got me thinking, how is that there is a buyer waiting to buy them, or those the bank buy them and sell them later? what is the process involved I hit sell all my shares in my banks online share dealing page at a given price, what happens from there on? would be great to know... Thanks
