![]() | I need to take four different items to sell at a bake sale for a school organization. I know that the usual bake sale includes brownies, cupcakes, and cookies, but everyone else plans on taking that so there's more than enough. Besides the fact that I want to take something different, I'm going to take homemade food as opposed to the others who are going to buy their things. The ideas I have so far are: -Muffins [banana and nut] -Rice Krispies Treats [possibly chocolate covered with nuts] -Oatmeal Cookies [chocolate chip and nut] -Cheesecake In the case of one of these ideas not working (like the cheesecake because it won't be kept in a fridge), what is something else I could take? Thanks for your help. |

![]() | Those sound good too. If you make mini cheese cake (using a muffin pan) you can keep it in a cooler. Also, I just love to buy "bars" at a bake sale. Lemon bars, raspberry-lemon bars, all kinds. Also you can make up little baggies of chex mix or trail mix with M&M, dried fruit, nuts, etc. You can even make up small baggies of doritos, cheese puffs, etc. Or nice baggies of carmel corn ...... you are still making it from scratch; like making the carmel sauce. Don't forget to buy me something!!!! |
