I'm mainly looking for small newletters or magazines where they typically publish any deserving submission, without selection of one over another--even if there is no payment involved. Besides editorial style articles, I have short stories (fictional, but realistic in contents) and poetry.

the pay here is modest but the following site will allow you to post topics on any subject you choose and you will get paid for most of them.
