 |  what would you do if your sales department coworker write you an email in all... ...capital letters and...? what would you do if your sales department coworker write you an email in all capital letters and with a name in red font? I am a manager of IT needs to work with this sales coworker on a software project. I feel offended with her all cap and red name email. I could understand it is her sales culture but i would like to know what is the appropriate way to address it. appreciate your advise. |
