 |  How do writers for big newspapers submit their articles? In the Washington Post, for example, do the staff and editorial writers sit in a big office with typewriters like Woodward and Bernstein did in All the Presidents Men? |

| They're generally written by staff reporters. Rarely are articles submitted and then accepted. News is a daily thing. They don't have time to weed through submitted articles. You might have better luck with periodicals or magazines that feature whatever subject matter interests you. Contact editors and see what their submission requirements are. Most do not bother with unsolicited manuscripts. Whatever you do, DON'T GIVE UP! Keep pursuing your dreams, no matter what! |
