Default Is it illegal for a website to provide links to pirated content?
websites like www.playlist.com, are they illegal? Under what reasoning are they illegal? Is there any way for them not to be illegal?

A website that provides links to pirated content is illegal, and can be done for by the company who's product was pirated. This is classified as supporting illegal product distributing.
