It's copyright btw, not copywrite - even though your writing it.

Anything you do, all creative works done by you, are automatically copyrighted. They are yours, and nobody else's. If you write a song and somebody steals it, you can sue. That's why, when I write a song and get help with lyrics from someone else's poetry, i get express permission and make it clear to them that these are now my lyrics.

This copyright issue is whats been plaguing youtube. Networks and other corporations of copyrighted material claim copyright infringement for having their material shared. However, everything on youtube has creative copyright. Someone can't legally take your video and use it in a commercial without your permission.

If your writing at an amateur level, you don't need to worry about protective copyrighting your material. When you start to get published or sell your material, then you should have an agent look into these things for you.

Copywriter is, first, on persuasion: About persuade prospects to give us your attention and read our messages to sell, convince them to accept our point of view and believe that our products actually deliver the benefits promised and Finally, persuade aa order now.

As more of everyday society becomes a group of mind numbing robots, floating around bumping into one another aimlessly waiting patiently for that path of less resistance, the dwindling minority, (me included), are holding our breath just praying that our educational system has a wake up call…and the parents in our country for that matter.

I know, I know, let’s not go down that political “dark alley” and buy into that “sky is falling” mantra when it comes to writing, reading and the ability as a society to comprehend the written word. That would be a subject for another day.

An excellent example of unfairness in marketing is the infamous advertising campaign for R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company that featured Joe the Camel.

Even though the FTC never stopped the advertisement campaign from running, it was vilified by advocacy groups and the American Medical Association for trying to make smoking appeal to young children through the use of a cartoon character.

A good copywriter should be able to make a product or service appealing without crossing these sorts of boundaries.
