Default Parenthetical citations question... article title, website source MLA?

ok so for MLA format I'm not sure how to place the comma in my parenthetical citation

blahblahblabhalhb ("MethodOne", par. 3).
blahljdklsfalhfaljsl ("MethodTwo," par. 4).

i dont know if the comma after the article goes inside the parenthesis or outside.. i thought my teacher told us outside, but then when someone was peer editing my paper they wrote that it should go inside... anyone know?

I'm assuming you meant quotes, but method one is technically correct... but I would highly doubt that your teacher would mark you wrong for method two... unless he/she is a stickler for those kinds of things... then I would change it to method one, just to be safe.

But I wouldn't even use it at all, unless your teacher specifically requires it, as it isn't required in the MLA.

Cheers
