What is the cheapest way to get news articles on my website legally?
Any maybe regionally news too?

1. Set-up RSS Feed from a news outlet of your choice. Some big news corporations may do it for free, you have to check on their web sites.
2. Buy stuff in bulk from AP (don't know how much they are).
