im building myself a website and want it to stay looking the same regardless of how big the screen is or if it is full screen or not.
this is what i've done so far: www.ape-x-visuals.com
but i want it to act like this when the page size is altered: www.federation.co.nz

notice how the background is locked with all the other content so it scrolls with the rest of the items on the page?

i hope im making sense...this is the first site i've made...

can anyone tell me how to do this?
