| Straight e-commerce based sites are dated and on their way out. If you want to be really successful look at building a community online and integrating your shopping solution into it. You will drive more traffic to the site and your returning visitors will go up significantly. Best part about this strategy is that it drops your marketing costs and increases your conversion rates. My suggestion go back to the video website and add a e-commerce component on to it.
