![]() | Tell him to return the items and you will refund him in full when you get them back, or offer to let him keep them and give him a partial refund. You should have contacted him and let him know your error BEFORE you shipped anything, offered him what you did have plus a partial refund, or just a full refund of his money if he didn't want just the phone and charger. He could now file a SNAD on you and get his money back plus leave you bad feedback. Not good for a seller account. If you want to build a good reputation on Ebay, please make sure you have everything before you list it. SNAD: Significantly Not As Described |
