![]() | categories for storing? Using Yahoo Mail, I cannot organize a single email into multiple categories. I often have emails that need to be kept but they do not fit into a single email folder that I have set up. The best way to handle this is to provide LABELS much like Outlook or Gmail. Folders are the standard way to store email by topic but it is limited to only tagging an email to a single topic. Using LABELS or TAGS to store emails is a much better way as you can store an email under multiple categories. (I am already aware that Gmail does this, but Gmail is too limited in other ways to switch to it from Yahoo.) |

![]() | Yahoo already has a system of folders in which to store your email. All you have to is provide your own labels one time and thereafter just go down the list and click to store or retrieve emails. Why should they have to provide you with ready made labels? Maybe I didn't understand the question. |
