 |  purchasing items on ebay with an unverified paypal account? Hi, I have an unverified paypal account. It says that I must verify to lift the sending limits. As of now, I cannot send ANY payments. I cannot get my account verified because I am only 14 years old, so I have no credit card or bank account. I heard that because ebay is affiliated with paypal, you may purchase items off ebay with an unverified paypal account. is this true? |
