 |  Question About YouTube And FTC Disclosure Hey Guys, My question is fairly straightforward. I am promoting some of the products that I sell on Youtube, mainly by doing a demonstration of the product. Throughout my video, I talk about the product features/benefits, etc., and at the end of the video I tell people to "click on the link in the description box to see other reviews, learn about the ingredients, etc." Do I have to inform the Youtube public that I am affiliated with the company in the video, or is the FTC disclosure snippet at the bottom of my site ok? I do not have any affiliate links in my youtube videos, just links to my site. Thanks |
