A business venture is a start-up enterprise that is formed with the expectation and plan that a financial gain will result. Many refer to a business venture as a small business, since it normally starts out with an idea that begins with a small amount of capital or finances. Most business ventures are backed by one or more investors with the hope that the business will be profitable.

Start-up entity developed with the intent of profiting financially. A business venture may also be considered a small business. Many ventures will be invested in by one or more individuals or groups with the expectation of the business bringing in a financial gain for all backers. Most business ventures are created based on demand of the market or a lack of supply in the market. Needs of consumers are identified for a product or a service and the entrepreneur and investors will proceed to develop the idea, market the idea, and sell the product or service developed.

A friend and I are starting an MRI imaging clinic in a city with a population of 1,300,000. MRI clinics were ranked 8th most profitable businesses by forbes magazine . The city we chose is on the top ten list of the best cities to start a business in the U.S and one of the least costly as well. There are about 15 other MRI clinics in the city.

We have the necessary capital and finances to get the business started. We will be charging $200-$600 a scan and rent cost us $2000 a month. There is also no income tax in this city.

I would appreciate all answers. Thank You.
