![]() | Google Analytics will not count downloads, unless you're forcing a download through a static web page with a redirect, or through a script -- but I'm not sure that this will even work. If your website has an analytics program (like webalizer) that you can view, you can see how many times your downloads were accessed from there -- no need to add anything to your website, and that's free. If you can work with PHP (or any other coding language), you can get a free script to use to count the downloads. Here's one in PHP: http://www.phpjunkyard.com/php-click-counter.php |
