| You can get a pre-compiled Perl from http://www.activeperl.com There are hundreds of books on learning Perl, check out your local library! |

| go to www.dbebooks.com and find a book. Before you learn perl you have to learn html and work with database, ex. Mysql, Oracle and so on. That's the first things you have to know. The rest of it you find in book |
