I recommand a dreamviewer. It is a product of a micromedia. It support many language and have good flexibilities. It have some excellent feature. It is simple and easy to use. I also used this tools as a HTML editor for PHP.

For PHP editing I used PHP Editor plugin for Eclipse. It supports all major features like syntax highligthing, auto completion, code browser, etc...

HTML is not allowed in phpBB posts for security reasons, so I'm not sure what benefit an HTML editor would bring. Or, as this is your first post, is this just a way to highlight your (broken) signature?

I use Dreamweaver to edit HTML, CSS and PHP pages. Well, I'm not familiar with Drupal, but I heard that you can do in Dreamweaver 3 special codes of the instruments.

Adobe Dreamweaver four is by far the best HTML editor that has a WYSIWYG, supports multiple languages, split screen between design & code view, FTP feature, etc.
