![]() | You'll have to go through the H1B process application, which means lots of paperwork (and some expenses). The US embassy in India will inform him when the H1B is approved Read the Employer Information from the USCIS as to the exact process. It is best to use an immigration lawyer to help you navigate the complex immigration process (remember in life, you've got lots of chances, but in immigration make a wrong step and that's it for you) http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=91919c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCR D&vgnextchannel=91919c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6 a1RCRD |
