Default Web Design and MS Web Expression 2 Help?

So I'm a newb with web design. I've only used basic WYSIWYG editors. You know dragging images around anyplace you want. Is there a way to do this with MS Web Expression 2? If not can you suggest one a newb could use?

Wouldn't say its a drop and drag tool. Expression 2 has div layers you can drag however you must know what layer positioning otherwise they won't show up the same on all browsers.

If you are using yahoo webhosting then use sitebuilder its quite good.
