They are all great information and easy to say that both are used to make web pages more relevant and appealing. I also use both web development and both are easy to learn. HTML is not a programming language is a markup language. DHTML is not a standard language or on the web.

It should be like this. The D stand for dynamic (Hyper Text Markup Language) that means movement or animation in a website, you know like lights blinking around a sign or snowflakes falling and stuff but both are very necessary.
