I need a simple retail website built for my business. Most web design firms are asking how much my budget is. I know you get what you pay for but I still don't know how to estimate the cost of what I want to develop. I pretty much want the same format and design as this site: www.kawsone.com . A retail site showcasing 8-10 items in this same manner, and then once u select the item it will take you to the items page. How much would a site like this cost? I know different firms will quote a wide range of prices, prob. anywhere from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand. Any suggestions, ideas from those in the know?? Thank you.

I would recommend to ask these guys for designing a web site: http://www.quart-soft.com , http://www.w3logodesign.com (the same guys).
I am sure they will help you as they did help me.

P.S. The price will depend on what exactly you would like to have on your web-site.
