Default FrontPage 2002 Time feature

I've created a web page with FP02 and in the footer have created a page updated line with the time inserted. The time shown is from my servers location which is 14hrs ahead of me. Is there a way to display the local time I updated the page without having to manually do it myself?

Thanks.
