![]() | Hi, I know that you can use attributes in a link to tell the opening browser window how to appear (e.g. no buttons, address bar, etc), but Is it possible to use a link and pass on code? For example, I am wanting to open a thumbnail up in a new window; however, I wanting that window to have format to it and not simply a white background with the pic, as default handling of the link would process it. I want the link to open in a new window with a page that has a table centered in the middle of the page. Then I want the picture to be set as the background of that table <td> and then be able to set text on top of it by adding content in the <td></td> tags. If this shouldn't be possible, can you suggest an alternative. And if it's not possible, why not?? A security issue? As if we don't already have spam and porn blasted at us everyday already!? There has got to be a way to accomplish this. Thanks |

![]() | Instead of the link opening a thumbnail, it will have to open an html file with styles associated to do what you are trying to do. Of course, I am not expert but that is what I would do in your situation.
