C language gui bassed or not if not then how to interact user with the system?

Generating C interoperate with other different languages. C has no functions for such interoperation. These concerns should be focused to system- or compiler-specific newsgroups. C++ has functions for interoperating with C, so consider comp.lang.c++ for such concerns.

C is not GUI based. C uses the MS Dos Command Prompt for interact with system. You can open the MS Dos command prompt and type the Command. The command must be followed by the name of the (C) program you wish to compile.

it can create GUIs but its not itself. development enviorment can be like visual studio from microsoft

C language is most important part for the any systems and software, without C language you can't make any software and system, also not use computer. So it's means c language is most requirement of computer.
