the start button and s? at the same time. We had to re-install word when our computer was having some problems. Now we can't get it to read to her. We hadn't previously installed anything that would make it do that....
plz help; my mother needs it

that was not a built in Word 2003 feature.
that was a Windows program called "narrator"
- click starrt
- click all programs
- click accessories
- i have a folder called "Ease of Access' but yours might be different (like" Accessibility"),
- open up narrator

it should just start reading when you turn it on.
