I am trying to figure out how to choose where the search engine spiders start reading my site, because I want my keyword phrase to be within the first 50 words.

I have links at the top of my website that are being read as part of my blog post and I want to avoid this.

Ideally, I want the search engine spiders to start reading my blog post exactly when it begins, and not scan my header etc everytime.

Is there a way to do this?
