I have a GoDaddy account and a domain. I have a wordpress.com account and typed in the nameservers. I cant seem to find what else I need to do to get the www.godaddysiteibought.com to go to my account.wordpress.com site. or to get the godaddy one to load anything. What do I need to do?

To point your WordPress.com blog to your domain, first purchase domain mapping from WordPress.com. Then update the settings in your WordPress.com and Domain Manager, as follows:

* Set your domain's nameservers to use WordPress.com nameservers. You set your nameservers through the Domain Manager to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com, and ns3.wordpress.com.
* Select your domain through WordPress.com.

To Set Your Nameservers

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
3. Use the checkbox to select the domain you want to use with your WordPress.com blog, and then click Nameservers.
4. Select Custom Nameservers.
5. In the Nameserver 1, 2, and 3 fields, type ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com, and ns3.wordpress.com.
6. Click OK.
7. Click OK again.

NOTE: You cannot select your blog through WordPress.com until your nameservers resolve, which takes up to 72 hours.
To Select Your Domain Through WordPress.com

1. Log in to your WordPress.com account.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Go to the Domains tab.
4. In the Add a Domain field, enter your domain name.
5. Click Add domain to blog.
6. In the domain list, click the Put blog here hyperlink for the domain to which you want to direct your blog.

Excuse me, and how can you do this the other way round? If you have a new domain in godaddy, and you want this new domain to redirect to your blog in wordpress.
How can you do this?
I have a domain in godaddy and a wordpress blog. Thank you!

I definitely to read interesting articles that cover different issues in our society especially those business and financial related matter for they keep me updated on the current situation of the stock market and business world. As a businessman we must be informed and up to date with the different business related issue. Thanks for the post and I anticipate more great articles in the future.

It's been a while since your post, but did you get it resolved? I have a domain with 1&1 Internet and would like the traffic to be redirected to my wordpress.com blog.
